About the event
Award winning songwriters and producers Amund Bjørklund and William Wiik Larsen will be in Iceland to mentor Icelandic songwriters and producers during the songwriting camp AIRSONGS. They are going to share their experience working as songwriters and producers, how they manage their careers and give us some insight into the Publishing world as a hit songwriter.
We will keep it casual, have a drink at the bar and get together inside the Green Room at KEX for this talk, starting at 17:00.
Amund Ivarsson Bjørklund - is an award winning songwriter and producer. He has written songs with or for artists such as Beyoncé, Train, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez. He co-wrote "Irreplaceable" for Beyoncé, and the Grammy winning " Hey, Soul Sister" for Train. More than 3 billion streams and 50 million physical sales.
William Wiik Larsen, also known as Will IDAP and Nasty kutt is a Norwegian Grammy-nominated record producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based out of Los Angeles, California. He has crafted several global and US hits. Notable records include "Am I Wrong" for Nico & Vinz,"H.O.L.Y." for Florida Georgia Line, "Play That Song" for Train, "That's Not True" for Skip Marley, "Gatekeeper" for Jessie Reyez, "Darkside" for Alan Walker and "Stay" for Kygo
